How to calculate the yarn content in polyurethane resin pultrusion?

1. Total weight of yarn (G) = cross-sectional area of profile * product density * 1
meter * yarn content.
2. The weight of yarn occupied by the felt = the actual weight per square
meter/the type of yarn used.
3. The total weight minus the amount of yarn occupied by the felt, that is,
the net weight of the yarn, divided by the weight of yarn per meter, is the
number of yarns used. Take 200 * 150 * 2.5 cable tray as an example (as
shown in the figure):
Expanded length 195 + 150 + 150 + 12.5 + 12.5 = 520
Thickness: 2.5
Product volume = 520 * 2.5 * 1 = 1300
Total weight of yarn: 1300 (product volume) * 2.1 (composite density)
* 0.8 (yarn content) = 2184
(including mat weight) Calculation
of mat:
0.24 ㎡+0.24 ㎡+0.167 ㎡*4=1.148 ㎡
1.148 * 345 (per square meter/felt weight) = 396 G
2148-396 = 1787.94/4.4 (yarn weight per meter) = 406
The result is 406 yarns for 200 * 150 * 2.5 bridge
