JHPK-HY3 Epoxy Resin Glue Injection Machine

HY3 technology description:
The traditional no pressure infiltration method is to pour the ready mixed resin and curing agent into the dipping trough for free infiltration. Along with the time increasing and the accumulation of resin backflow at the mould gate, the viscosity of the mixed resin solution will increase continuously which will makes the product having inconsistent infiltration and mechanical properties. JHPK-HY3 epoxy resin glue injection equipment promoted by JHPK fundamentally changes the traditional glue mixing mode. The resin and the curing agent are measured separately by the equipment and mixed during glue injection at the position of the glue injection box, which solves the problems of resin viscosity increase and resin backflow at the mould gate after long time operation. As the resin viscosity at the mould gate remains low, the product infiltration is better and it also improves the pultrusion speed and infiltration. The ultra small flow metering pump meets the demand of small products, and the high pressure closed type infiltration method effectively solves the generation of bubbles in the products.
