The temperature of the insulated heating jacket is monitored and controlled in real time by the intelligent control and data acquisition system, with adjustable temperature settings.

The vacuum system assists in vacuum extraction during the injection molding process, eliminating micro-bubbles from the injection system and providing auxiliary momentum for resin flow.

The intelligent control and data acquisition system enables real-time online monitoring and regulation of process parameters including pressure, temperature, flow rate, and vacuum level during injection molding.

Through integration of computer software with the injection system, it achieves “computer-controlled process monitoring.”

This device can be used for RTM process metering injection, formeasuring various resins withhigh viscosity, high temperature,and high precision, with a mini-mum flow rate of 1 gram/minute.
