This device is an upgraded ver-sion of G20AG and can be usedfor polyurethane and epoxyresin extrusion mixing applica-tions.
The large screen enables more convenient operation.
It achieves alternating, coordinated injection of resin at constant flow and constant pressure.
The storage tank is used for resin preheating, vacuum degassing and deaerating, and pressurized feeding to the piston pump.
The temperature of the insulated heating jacket is monitored and controlled in real time by the intelligent control and data acquisition system, with adjustable temperature settings.
The vacuum system assists in vacuum extraction during the injection molding process, eliminating micro-bubbles from the injection system and providing auxiliary momentum for resin flow.
The intelligent control and data acquisition system enables real-time online monitoring and regulation of process parameters including pressure, temperature, flow rate, and vacuum level during injection molding.
